These shirts have been really easy to deal with. They wash well and don’t need much ironing at all, which I really really appreciate. One collar did get a little wrinkly, but it still looks fine.

The exchange did go through in the end, but it definitely took longer than I was expecting. Updates were kind of limited, which made it a little frustrating. Support did reply when I reached out, so it wasn’t terrible or anything — just a bit annoying overall.

Twillory’s site was really easy to use — I found what I needed without having to click around forever. Checkout was simple too, no weird extra steps or confusing pages. I’ve washed my twillory shirts quite a few times now they’re holding up really Well. no weird shrinking, the seams still look fine, and the collar hasn’t gotten all floppy or sad. I’m not super careful with them either, just a normal wash and I hang dry them most of the time. happy overall, they still look totally work-ready.

I’m really happy with this shirt. The length is just right, so it actually stays tucked in and doesn’t bunch up in that annoying way. The tailoring feels fair too—not too boxy, not too tight, just made with a bit of care. i think clothes should be designed to fit real people well, and this one does. Finally found a shirt that works for my frame

The sizing was spot on and it fit me really well right out of the package. Of course, it showed up right after I actually needed it, so that was just my bad timing, but the fit itself was great.

It’s decent for what it is, but it feels a little pricey. What really bothered me is that the terms seem to keep changing, so it’s hard to know what you’re actually agreeing to long term. I don’t mind paying for something useful, but I wish the pricing and conditions were more straightforward.

The shirt fit me fine, but the blue looked kinda darker in person than it did online.

I like that Twillory usually has the colors and sizes I’m looking for actually in stock. Like, I didn’t have to keep checking back over and over the way I do on some other sites. It was easy to pick what I wanted and, you know, just place the order quickly

Well... I wore this shirt twice and it still didn’t smell bad, which surprised me a little. Happy with it so far.

But like i said, it was a small issue, and they still got back to me quickly. It actually felt like a real person read my message too, not just some copy-and-paste response. The person helping me was nice and fixed it without turning it into a whole big thing.
